When resolution & repair feel out of reach, I can help.
Support for people who want to navigate conflict without losing themselves or each other.
Conflict tells us that something in our agreements and relationships isn’t working, and invites a change in how we relate.
I help parties to conflict understand that signal and move toward repair and integration.
Mediation
Structured support for hard conversations that helps change how you relate, not just what you agree to.
My mediation style is both facilitative and transformative. I’ll set ground rules, ask questions, and make sure each person is heard, while you and your conflict partner(s) stay in full control of the decisions and outcomes.
I treat conflict as a threshold: a chance for people to regain clarity and agency, and to begin to truly recognize one another again. The aim isn’t just an agreement on paper; it’s a different way of being in relationship.
Pricing
Each mediation includes a brief intake, a focused three‑hour session, and up to 30 minutes of my time documenting any agreements or next steps.
I offer a sliding scale for all of my services. When more than one party is paying for mediation, the fee can be split across tiers. For example, if one party in a two-party conflict can pay their portion at the Standard Rate, but the other can only pay theirs at the Community Rate, I would accept 50% of the Standard Rate and 50% of the Community Rate as the price for the whole session.
If you’re stumped about what rate to choose, or the rates shown are absolutely not accessible to you, reach out and we’ll talk about it together.
Standard Rate
$700
For those who can meet this cost without significant financial hardship.
For example:
You might be paying off debt or working to build savings, but you have access to steady income.
You do not spend most of your time thinking about meeting basic needs (including food, housing, and transportation).
You might have to cut back on some discretionary spending to afford the Standard Rate but the sacrifice is short-term.
This is the rate that allows me to do this work sustainably.
Sustaining Rate
$1,000
For those with significant financial resources who want to actively contribute to broader access.
For example:
You have access to financial security, have personal savings, family wealth, or own property.
You are able to pay for “wants” and spend little time worrying about securing necessities in your life.
Paying this rate is a way of extending this work to people who couldn't otherwise access it.
It's participation in something larger than just our work together.
Community Rate
$500
For those for whom the Standard Rate would create genuine financial hardship, not just inconvenience or sacrifice.
This rate is made possible by others who pay at or above the Standard Rate.
Limited to 5 spots per quarter.
